JCSA has an organizational structure that supports our soccer program operations.  We have eight permanent committees that perform essential functions and each committee requires the support of a team of people dedicated to its success.  Contact the committee chairperson for information about how to volunteer to serve.

Girls Recreation Program Coordinates and runs the JCSA girls' program. Derek Warner
Travel Program Coordinates and runs the JCSA travel program. Jedd Erhmann
Rules Enforces the norms and regulations of the association as drafted and adopted by the Executive Board. It shall handle all grievances and impose disciplinary measures on all association members. Makes recommendations concerning new rules. Mace Bell
Finance Maintains the books of the association. Processes all revenues and expenditures of the association, produces financial statements for the board, prepares and submits filings with the IRS, provides audit support, and assists the Treasurer in carrying out their responsibilities. David Stapley
Fundraising & Sponsorship Develops and executes fundraising plans that meet the strategic, operational and tactical goals of the association including special fundraising events, sponsorships, grant applications, and fundraising activities that are part of other events. Tracks, recruits, and retains all program sponsors. Chris Long
Marketing & Public Relations Develops, maintains and executes a strategic marketing plan, brand management, and all brand advertising and communications in support of the association and brand. Ryan Gilbert
Events Plans and conducts all JCSA special events including but not limited to Opening Day, Holiday Party, Awards ceremony, community outreach Joanna Mikolajczuk
Webmaster Responsible for developing and maintaining web site standards and functionality in support of JCSA. Maintains the web site, access rights, and updates to the web site as needed by any of the members. Conducts Training workshops for all members of JCSA. Ryan Gilbert
Summer Camp Responsible for organizing Trainers, Camp Schedule for the summer as well as Daily format. Coordinates with Logistics Director for Equipment and Space Needs, with Finance Coordinator for Budget Review, with Marketing & Advertising to get the word out Russ Zalatimo
Administrator A part-time paid position reporting to the Board President. Provides administrative support for all committees, board members and personnel holding supporting positions. VACANT
Attorney Provides all legal support for the association. Available on a per-diem basis. VACANT
Election Chair Runs the Annual Election in May / appoints a Teller to record each election. Conducts the election through secret ballot. Allen Ross
Logistics Director Responsible for all association equipment, uniforms, and trophies. Procures and provides for the storage of goals, flags, training equipment, rec and travel uniforms. Provides for field maintenance, and the acquisition of facilities and permits for all JCSA programs. David Stapley
Personnel Director Gathers volunteer requirements from programs and staff, recruits and interviews prospective coaches and volunteers, maintains on-line association membership roster. Ensures all new and returning coaches file annually a KidSafe form, and register on-line. VACANT
Referee Director Provides for the recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluation and discipline of all in-house referees. Works with NJ Youth Soccer to schedule referee training courses as needed. Works with the Treasurer to ensure timely referee payment. Mentors new refs. VACANT
Registrar Responsible for setting up and supporting Player and Coach Registration for the Recreation & Girls' Programs. Coordinates Team Rostering incl. Blind Drafts, supplying Roster lists, processing late sign-ups, handling special requests VACANT
