The Jersey City Soccer Association’s Striker Boys U12 Soccer Team was recently congratulated by the Hudson County Freeholders for winning the New Jersey Commissioners Cup Championship.

This past year, the Strikers were one of the first two Jersey City Soccer Association teams to compete at the Elite Development Program (EDP) level for the fall 2018 season. They competed with 32 other teams for the New Jersey Youth Soccer State Cup Championship, which they emerged victorious from.

Players for the Strikers are: Arjun Krishnakumar (Center Defense ), Craig Chowanec (Goal Keeper), Gustavo Paz (Right Forward), Jacob Robledo (Left Defense), Jimmy Robledo (Left Midfielder), Joseph De Paz (Right Midfield), Juan Eli Morales (Left Defense), Justin Lainez (Left Midfielder), Kian Pasdar (Right Defense), Max Hernandez (Right Defense), Miles Agle (Right Forward), Nicholas Casciano (Right Midfielder), Tomas Monteiro (Center Forward), Yash Khanna (Left Forward), and Yassine Jaballah (Center Midfield). Coaches are Matias De Paz, Filomeno Monteiro, Walter Chowanec, and Russell Agle. The teams manager is Delmy De Paz.
